About Brainiacs

Brainiacs Tutoring & Learning Center first opened in May 2013 in Richmond Hill, ON. Opened by an OCT certified teacher, Brainiacs’ approach is holistic, focused on the individual, rather than the group.

By 2018 we grew beyond our original location, moving to a larger facility in Concord to better serve our students, with additional locations planned for September 2020 and 2021.

In March 2020, Covid-19 caused us to quickly pivot to an online platform to ensure continuity and consistency for our students during challenging times. While we were able to transition with great success, our strength and passion always remained with face-to-face tutoring for that more personal touch.

In the summer of 2025, our dreams of returning in-person turned into reality. Thanks to the opportunity presented, we are now back in-person once again, inside one of the premier swim schools in Canada – Swim Time, at two of their convenient locations.

Since re-opening our doors, Brainiacs continues our mission of delivering the highest level of individualized learning with the same focus that we have had since 2013. We’ve grown, we’ve evolved, and we’re more passionate than ever.
